I ordered the gift tin as a birthday present for my granddaughter, it arrived late badly damaged in the post, I had difficulty opening it. You kindly sent a replacement after I had sent photos but unfortunately too late for Ellies birthday, I think maybe your tins or packaging or both need to be stronger.
