We'll send a presentation box to you, or directly to your recipient if you'd prefer, which includes everything they'll need to get their subscription set up via our website.
Simply choose the subscription length and their favourite genre and we'll get to work selecting books just for them.
We'll also donate a book to Book Aid International for each Gift Tin sold, it's the gift that keeps on giving!
Books are central to what we do, but we're also on a journey to make our subscriptions as sustainable as possible.
Since 2019 we've worked hard to make our subscriptions plastic free. All of our stickers are printed on eco friendly bio-degradable paper and our fully recyclable packaging comes from sustaible sources.
Each year every Willoughby team member has 8 trees planted on their behalf in sustainable covenanted woodland.
The Willoughby Book Club has two favourite things: reading and getting outside in the sunshine. We've taken our books on our holidays and to the local park. We've read on the tube and on the bus, outside, inside, and basically anywhere we've found ourselves on our travels. What about you?
Send us your favourite pictures of reading in the wild to be in with a chance of winning a subscription or another bookish treat!
The end of summer is already in the air, and thoughts of a new term are beginning to loom. It’s time for thoughts of new term resolutions, new stationery and new regimes to surface, and we've been thinking of ways to re-establish positive habits.
Perhaps your children’s usual routines and habits have gone gloriously out of the window for a summer of running free and you are worrying about the routine of the school term? Or perhaps it is your own inner child, remembering the feeling of the discipline that a new term brings that turns thoughts toward re-establishing habits and routines?
It’s August, which means The Willoughby Book Club is celebrating Women in Translation Month. The team is passionate about reading books from all over the world and promoting work written by women.
Now more than ever, we believe we need to read diversely, from across a spectrum of experiences, to expand our interests and to read with open-minded curiosity.
Summer is here for a few more weeks and the mornings and afternoons are still long, making it the perfect period to read plenty of exciting books and to spotlight writers overlooked by the wider publishing world, as well as some classic favourites that have stood the test of time.
