I've just finished my first three months and have renewed for another six months. When my box comes it is one of the highlights of the month. I love reading the books for my baby with her. I haven't had much time to read myself but the books picked for me look really good.

I got myself the bespoke subscription and filled out all the questions about what I like to read in detail. I was a bit dismayed when the first book I received was one I'd already read and not particularly enjoyed. However, I got in touch with the customer service team and they were excellent. They responded really quickly, offering to send a replacement book. The one they sent was brilliant, and the second book I've had a month later was also perfect for me. I feel really confident in the service and think this is a great way to find new books.
